I used to be able to sent photos from my iPhone to my Mac computer but now it seems to only be able to receive. It needs to be fixed Immediately. It is of no use to me this way!!!!

Do t want to pay for this app it is no good

Won’t let me transfer videos as advertised And now I can’t find how to cancel my subscription I don’t need 3 days to know I don’t want this app

Very confusing app. Doesn’t work. Trying to cancel subscription and no easy way to do it.

Once you buy it. It still doesn’t let you download anymore then you can free it still says buy now to do more then five photos at a time. I want my money back!!!

Where do you cancel this

The transfer only attempted to transfer once and It didn’t even transfer properly. Now every time I try to transfer photos it asks me to sign up for a subscription, which I’ve already done. I tried restoring payment multiple times, restarting my phone, all sorts of things. I finally canceled my subscription and going to find another way.

Too difficult to figure out how it works

It didn’t say that there was a charge when I downloaded the app then when I paid for a month and selected all my photos it only downloaded 5 out of 3400.

it requires internet access and when I open the website on my PC it comes up as a UNSECURE website

This is afake. I can transfer photos myself by going through my google drive. I wanted to transfer via my Mac’s drop folder

I have used it with Firefox and safari and both were the same. No fuss, no ads and no nags. Thank you!

Love the app & been using for years. Is it compatible with the new IOS 11?

I couldnt get airdrop to see my iphone and got frustrated because i was on vacation with limited wifi and time. This app worked without any problems and transferred a few hundred photos in three or 4 minutes. I bought it, three bucks was well worth being able to transfer lots at one time.

One thing! I wish app would retain original creation date, l have photos taking years ago and no longer know when without searching thru phone and mini for that info. Creation date is extremely important otherwise app works very well on both iphone and Mac mini. Got this app last nite tried logging in with Firefox - no go! Tried again today with Safari. Connected and was excited, I sent one pic from iPhone 6 to laptop. Beautiful! I'm not happy with recent iPhone 6 upgrade, can no longer use older software on my laptop with iPhone 6 and I take tons of pics daily and access to my laptop is critical. Oh, 5 free downloads is pretty skimpy you have a working, simple to use App 10-20 downloads would be better. Oh add Done or Cancel or Back to some pages so a person can leave a place gracefully! Anyway this app is working and so far working well. I will purchase this App now.

Installed the app and downloaded several pictures to windows 10 computer. Worked easily but not with Microsoft Edge. Must used Google to transfer. While the basic App is free, the number of photos you can download is limited without an upgrade.

I can't get it to work no matter what. I don't understand all the positive reviews. I'm very frustrated!

I use this app regularly and I am always pleased. I even have the "lite" version that only sends 5 images at a time, but I have NO complaints.

Love this ap. Tried others but nothing was what I wanted. This is so simple and it works. Bought full version for even better service. Only transfer device on my devices.

I take a lot of concert photos mainly with my good camera. But often with my phone as well. This app allows me to quickly send/receive photos (and videos!) when I need them. I use it on a daily basis and it's never crashed or let me down. Thank you so much to there great developers who made this awesome app!

Very limited options in free version

This app is the easiest way to transfer images from my iPhone to a PC (non-Apple computer). I have used it for over a year and have never had a problem. The images are transferred as a Zip file. Just extract the pictures and place in whatever folder on your computer you want. Super easy!

I tried 3 similar apps but deleted them because they were so buggy. This app works and is fast.

Junk app, does not connect with IPads. Too many other transfer apps out there to waste time on junk that does not work.

Dime a dozen app. I paid unlimited photos before I found outyou have to be connected to same wifi. LAME

I can't get this app to work on 4/5 tries. No matter how large or small the file transfer, or whether I'm transferring the files to my computer, Dropbox, etc., it CONSTANTLY claims it's unable to find the wifi connection and times out. It even fooled me with two smooth transfers to start with, persuading me to by the $3 upgrade, at which point it began failing over and over and over. Thorough testing reveals there's nothing wrong with my wifi or my iphone 7's connection to it. What a drag.

Handy program makes photo management so much easier

Followed all directions by ensuring both devices on same WiFi network, etc. I want things to work immediately, not have to spend even more time by contacting support...

Best and simple app for transferring files. Will recommend the same to all.
